How do I book a property shoot?
Simply fill out our booking form or get in touch with us directly. We'll confirm the date, time, property details and services required.
How quickly will I receive my photos and videos?
Our standard turnaround is 24–48 hours, depending on the services booked. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time.
Do you offer drone photography and video?
Yes. Drone photography and aerial video are available as part of selected packages or as an add-on, subject to weather and CASA requirements.
Do you provide 2D and 3D floor plans?
Yes. We offer 2D and 3D floor plans as additional services.
Do you offer day-to-dusk editing?
Yes. Selected exterior images can be transformed into realistic day-to-dusk images to create a warm evening presentation.
What happens if the weather is bad?
For outdoor photography and drone services, we may recommend rescheduling if weather conditions affect safety or image quality. We'll work with you to arrange another suitable time.
Can I request specific photos or shots?
Absolutely. If there are particular features, rooms, angles or details you want highlighted, let us know before or during the shoot.
How will I receive my photos and videos?
Your completed media will be delivered digitally through an online gallery or download link.
Do I need to prepare the property before the shoot?
Yes. We recommend decluttering, cleaning surfaces, opening curtains and blinds and turning on lights before we arrive. A prepared property photographs significantly better.
Can you photograph occupied properties?
Yes. We can work around occupants, pets and existing schedules. We recommend having the property ready before the scheduled arrival time.
Can I use the photos and videos for social media?
Yes. Your delivered media can be used for marketing the property across relevant digital platforms, subject to the agreed usage terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods listed on our booking page. Payment requirements will be confirmed when your booking is confirmed.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes. If you need a combination of photography, video, drone, floor plans or social media content that isn't included in our standard packages, contact us and we can create a custom package for your property.
